Our factory located in Zhangzhou city in Fujian province spans over 12,000 square meters and currently employs 120 skilled workers.
We conduct comprehensive in-house processing, including board material, metal wire, tube, sheet, and powder coating.
In 2017, we transitioned from our previous facility just outside Shanghai to Zhangzhou. This move aimed to explore a competitive cost structure while retaining our valuable expertise by keeping our key personnel.
Apart from the comprehensive in-house processing, we leverage our affiliated electroplating and PU painting facility for specialized finishing treatments—an increasingly rare practice in China. Our commitment to in-house engineering and manufacturing of mixed materials allows us to produce diverse products with excellent quality and cost control for our valued customers.
By seamlessly integrating an old-fashioned manual panel dividing saw with two of our precision panel saws, we ensure precise sizing right from the start of the process, providing the flexibility needed for small-batch production.
Currently, our operations include six edge banders of various types, allowing us to handle odd shapes and diverse process requirements. With three CNC drilling machines and four semi-automatic counterparts, we strike a balance between precision and efficiency.
Moreover, our array of five cold pressing machines, available in sizes of 2.5m, 3m, and 3.6m, empowers us to effectively work with components of various sizes
Within our metal workshop, we leverage a fleet of 16 cutting and pressing machines to efficiently handle components of varying sizes.
For intricate shapes, our CNC laser cutting machine ensures high precision. Mass production benefits from the use of robot welding machines equipped with fixtures, delivering a trifecta of precision, quality, and efficiency.
To accommodate the production of varying complexities and sizes, a combination of semi-automatic and manual polishing processes is employed.
Our in-house powder coating line enhances flexibility by accommodating smaller batches in different colors. Rigorous quality is maintained through precise temperature and speed control, ensuring the application of the right process.
Our sister factories extend support through automated cycle lines and gantry plating lines, where machines seamlessly execute the entire electroplating process from raw material to the final stage. This comprehensive approach covers a spectrum of electroplated surface treatments, including chrome plating, satin chrome, satin nickel, zinc plating, and contemporary favorites like gold plating, brass plating, or rose gold plating.
Additionally, we incorporate heat transfer for wood grain patterns on metal surfaces and apply various PU painting finishes to board materials. With our robust capabilities and extensive experience, we offer customers a diverse range of CMF choices for their products.
Quality is our priority. We ensure it through thoughtful design, meticulous material selection, and rigorous production methods. Our commitment is reinforced by implementing IQC, IPQC, and FQC at every step to guarantee excellence.
Sustainability is a core tenet of our values, underscoring our commitment to social responsibility. We allocate resources and time to address production waste, encompassing wood dust, metal waste, painting powder, water, and chemicals, in adherence to local government regulations. Proactively pursuing energy efficiency improvements in our production processes, we respond to customer requests by incorporating recycled materials like metal and plastic to foster a more sustainable product approach.
